45-60 minute diagnostic appointment with Ira Racadag, PMHNP, CARN-AP ______________________________________________________Purpose is to provide a diagnosis of present psychiatric disorders (ADHD, Bipolar, etc.) and treatment. This may include lab orders or the prescribing of medication.
Substance Abuse treatment cost an additional $10 for required drug screening.

60-75 minute appointment with Ira Racadag, PMHNP, CARN-AP ______________________________________________________Purpose is to provide a SAMHSA assessment consisting of psychiatric diagnosis, substance use risk assessment, readiness for treatment and appropriate treatment options. This may include the ordering of labs and an in office urine drug screen.

15-30 minute follow-up appointment with Ira Racadag, PMHNP, CARN-AP ______________________________________________________Purpose is to provide continued health and medication monitoring. This may include lab orders and/or the changing of medication.

Medication Management with Supportive Therapy

45-60 minute Follow-up appointment with Ira Racadag, PMHNP, CARN-AP ______________________________________________________Purpose is to provide supportive talk therapy in addition to medication management. This may include personalized discussions on behavioral triggers, coping strategies, and mental health education.

In-Office Urine Drug Screen

10-15 minute return appointment ___________________________________________________ Purpose is to provide diagnostic information about what medications/substances are being taken and what medications/substances are not being taken.
Electromagnetic Frequency Therapy

30-75 minute return appointment ____________________________________________________Purpose is to provide the option for a standalone electromagnetic frequency session for established patients.
We do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with an itemized statement and directions for you to file out-of-network with your private insurance company. Not accepting insurance allows us to keep costs at a more affordable price for those who are under insured or uninsured. Please verify with your insurance that they reimburse for out-of-network providers.
