Why the Direct Care Payment Model?
We have based our payment model on Direct Primary Care clinics. Direct Primary Care clinics do not accept insurance. Because of this, they can provide healthcare at a more affordable cost, increase patient access to their providers, and give providers time to build better patient relationships. As a result, quality of care increases and provider burnout decreases.
Focusing on the Uninsured and Under-Insured
Not everyone has health insurance or meets qualifications for Medicare or Medicaid. Insurance companies require hours of paperwork and often do not want to cover the services that are provided. This leads to practices either having to hire people specifically for insurance claims or outsourcing medical billing to another company. To put it simply, it costs time and money to accept insurance without a guarantee of being paid. We would much rather dedicate that time to our patients’ needs while decreasing the cost of our services.

Initial Diagnostic Appointment Options
Simple Psychiatric Evaluation
$200.00
60-minute diagnostic appointment
Purpose is to provide a diagnosis of present psychiatric disorders (ADHD, Bipolar, etc.) and treatment. This may include lab orders or the prescribing of medication.
Treatment with controlled substances may require routine drug screening.
Complex Psychiatric Evaluation
$300.00
90-minute diagnostic appointment
Purpose is to provide a diagnosis of present psychiatric disorders (ADHD, Bipolar, etc.) and treatment for more medically complex clients. This may include lab orders or the prescribing of medication. All diagnostic appointments for Transcrainal Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) are complex psychiatric evaluations.
Treatment with controlled substances may require routine drug screening
Follow-Up Appointment Options
Medication Management
$100.00
30 minute follow-up appointment
Purpose is to provide continued health and medication monitoring. This may include lab orders and/or the changing of medication.
Treatment with controlled substances may require routine drug screening.
Counseling and Therapy
$200.00
60 minute Follow-up appointment
Purpose is to provide Supportive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in addition to medication management.
Treatment with controlled substances may require routine drug screening.
